We are the biggest Competitive & Non-Competitive Walking Football Club in Cheshire and play on Wednesday and Fridays at Moss Farm on 3G artificial grass pitches and games are normally 7-a-side.
Walking football is a non-contact sport played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run with the ball or off the ball.
You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times.”

Walking football was conceived as a sport to be played by the over 50s in men and over 40s in women. We now have over 80 players up to and including people in their 70s playing on a regular basis.
